Intuit. Know. Do.

A leadership retreat for what comes next.

Spring 2027 · Dates to come | 91690 Saclas, France

Creative Mill × Bolder Futures

What do you sense?

What do you know?

What might be possible?

And what will you do with it?

Intuit. Know. Do. is a new leadership retreat from Creative Mill in collaboration with Bolder Futures, for leaders, entrepreneurs and people navigating change.

When what comes next isn't clear, finding our way isn't always about thinking harder or gathering more information.

Sometimes we need different ways of paying attention.

Intuition. Experience. Evidence. Imagination. Other perspectives. What we know — and what we don't.

Intuit. Know. Do. creates space to bring these together, explore what might be possible, and consider what they mean for what you do next.

Intuit.

Before the analysis. Before the explanation. Before you've worked out how to justify it.

What are you already noticing?

We begin by paying attention to what can easily be overridden by urgency, expectation and the need to have an answer.

What are you sensing? What keeps returning? What do you know before you know how to put it into words?

Not everything we know begins in words.

Know.

Intuition isn't the whole picture.

There is experience. Evidence. Context. Other perspectives. What you've learned before — and what may no longer apply.

We slow things down enough to examine assumptions, hold competing possibilities and look beyond our own point of view.

What do you know? What don't you know? What else is also true?

Clarity doesn't always come from adding more information.

Do.

What becomes possible from here?

Before moving immediately to an answer, we make room to imagine. What could be different? What future are you assuming? What other futures might be possible?

Then possibility meets action.

What deserves your attention now? What are you ready to act on? What needs more time? What could you try rather than decide?

The aim isn't to leave with a grand plan or a predetermined answer.

It's to leave with a clearer relationship between what you sense, what you know, what you can imagine — and what you choose to do next.

And space in between.

Not every hour is programmed.

There is time to walk by the river, make something in the studio, continue a conversation, sit with a question, rest — or simply let something settle.

At Creative Mill, what happens between the sessions matters too.

Sometimes we need space before we can see what comes next.

The Shape of the Retreat

We begin by noticing.

Time to arrive, step out of habitual pace and pay attention to what is already present.

We explore together.

Guided practices, reflection and conversation move us through Intuit. Know. Do.

We widen the possibilities.

Different perspectives, collective imagination and foresight invite us to question assumptions and consider futures we might not have seen alone.

There is room in between.

Unstructured time allows ideas and questions to develop without immediately turning them into outcomes.

We leave with what is ours to do.

Not necessarily a complete answer, but greater clarity about what deserves attention next.

Creative Mill × Bolder Futures

Two perspectives. One exploration.

Creative Mill begins with attention: slowing down enough to notice what is already there.

Bolder Futures begins with possibility: drawing on collective imagination, multiple perspectives and strategic foresight to look beyond what already exists. Bolder Futures works with leaders, organizations and changemakers to support social innovation and meaningful change.

Intuit. Know. Do. brings the two together.

We move between the individual and the collective. Between intuition and evidence. Between what experience tells us and what imagination allows us to consider.

And eventually, between reflection and action.

Your Hosts

Kate Kemp-Griffin

Founder, Creative Mill

Kate Kemp-Griffin is an entrepreneur, author, mindfulness facilitator and founder of Creative Mill, where she creates experiences grounded in curiosity, attention and creative practice.

A Princeton graduate and author of Paris Undressed: The Secrets of French Lingerie, Kate has spent much of her working life moving between entrepreneurship, writing, advocacy and mindfulness.

At Creative Mill, she is particularly interested in what we can notice when we make enough space to stop looking immediately for an answer — and in the different forms of knowing that can emerge through writing, making, movement, conversation and silence.

For Intuit. Know. Do., Kate brings the practices of attention and intuition that sit at the heart of Creative Mill.

Karthick Ramakrishnan

Founder, Bolder Futures

Karthick Ramakrishnan, PhD, is the founder of Bolder Futures and has held leadership roles spanning academia, government, public policy and philanthropy.

His work explores how collective imagination, strategic foresight and collaboration can help people and communities navigate complexity and create meaningful change.

Before founding Bolder Futures, Karthick served as Executive Director of California 100, a statewide initiative focused on building a shared vision and strategy for California's next century, and led the Center for Social Innovation at UC Riverside.

A Princeton graduate alumnus, Karthick brings to Intuit. Know. Do. a systems perspective — inviting us to look beyond what we already know, consider multiple possible futures, and explore what those possibilities might ask us to do next.
